Americans are always working and frankly, it’s getting to be too much. With Monster, we decided to speak out on this issue. We created a campaign that targeted the overworked and told them to find the job they deserve.
The effort led to a 17.6% increase in job applications, won Gold at One Show and shortlisted at Cannes.
