We created the launch film for Overwatch’s long awaited sequel. On the day of the release it was the #1 trending video on Twitter and YouTube, and was the most watched video on Twitch.

The last few years the world has been a pretty dark place. Overwatch, a game built on positivity and inclusiveness, had to launch their long-awaited sequel in this toxic environment. We needed to rally current, former and potential players and re-ignite their belief that the world can be a better place. We needed to give them hope.  

The launch film was the #1 trending video on Twitter, YouTube, and Twitch and had 7 billion views on TikTok

Hands

We started by creating an icon that builds off their current logo and symbolizes their overall hopeful message. The icon and hands became the theme for the campaign.
